Q. What if I damage a tote?
A. No problem! It happens! every rental includes a security deposit. If you damage a tote but its fixable, we can take care of that at no fee. If you damage a tote and its still usable and you would like to purchase it, No problem! you can purchase that tote for a small fee when the remaining totes are collected. If a tote is broken, don’t sweat it. Each tote has a label, let us know which one it was and we can replace it. A 12-dollar service charge will be deducted from your deposit to replace it.
Q. Are they waterproof?
A. Yes! All totes are waterproof and come clean and ready to use.
Q. How much can I pack in a tote?
A. Every tote is meant to stack and pack so the sizing is uniform. Every tote can hold up to 75 pounds of weight and about 27 gallons of volume. However, We recommend you keep it closer to 50 pounds, so you don’t cause an injury or crush anything inside of the totes. but perfect for heavy books, large bulky items, or things you want to ensure stay dry on moving day.
Q. Are they clean?
A. Every tote is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected after every rental to ensure its ready to go for your moving day.
Q. Do I need tape?
A. Nope!
Q. What if I get my totes and I end up needing more?
A. No problem! Every tote has a scannable label so contacting us is a breeze and we can get you more totes ASAP!
Q. What if I don’t want the markers or the blankets, is it cheaper?
A. Every rental includes those amenities to make moving easier. If you don’t need them, we can absolutely remove them from your rental agreement, but the rental costs will be the same. But if you don’t need them or don’t want to deal with clutter then we are happy to leave them out.
Q. Do you keep my security deposit if I dont clean them out?
A. Nope! You don’t need the hassle of cleaning them, we are really only worried about permanent damage or staining. If the totes are returned in good working order without permanent marks added, you will get your deposit back in full.
Q. What if I planned for a 7 day rental but I need more time.
A. It happens! just scan that code on the lid, reach out and let us know. We can amend your agreement depending on the package to make sure you have enough time, as long as there is available inventory. The sooner we know, the more we can help!
Q. I ordered too many, can I cancel some and save some money?
A. If you let us know before the totes are dropped off, for sure! we can reduce your package and make sure your getting only what you need. but once the totes have been delivered, we cant cancel or reduce your order.
Q. Do I have to be home?
A. Nope! As long as we have a safe and agreed upon delivery location and time, we can get the totes where you need them and send you a confirmation message and photo so you know they are ready to go.
