PackBetter Listing Prep equipment remains the property of PackBetter during the rental period.

The ordering Realtor agrees to ensure rented equipment is available for return at the end of the rental period. If equipment is lost, not returned, or permanently damaged beyond normal rental wear, the ordering Realtor agrees to pay the applicable replacement cost.

Normal rental wear, including ordinary scuffs, scratches, dirt and minor cosmetic wear, is not considered damage and will not result in a charge. Listing Prep rentals do not require an upfront security deposit.

The ordering Realtor authorizes PackBetter to securely keep the payment method on file with Square during the Listing Prep rental and to charge documented amounts owed under this agreement, including an approved additional 7-day extension and documented replacement costs for lost, unreturned or permanently damaged equipment. PackBetter does not receive or store the full card number or security code.
